What are your hours of operation?
Akonix Customer Support is available to serve you during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, from 6:00a.m. to 6:00p.m. Pacific Time, excluding Akonix Holidays. For Premium Support customers, the Customer Support hours of operation are 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.

Yes, Akonix Customer Support is equipped with test labs containing state of the art equipment specifically configured to match the various operating systems and third party products which are certified for use with our products. Our Customer Support teams strive to establish test data types and volume in attempt to mimic real world use of our products by our customers.
What should I do before contacting Customer Support?
Before contacting Customer Support, please be sure to check the Support FAQ's and online knowledgebase. If you are unable to find your answer, open a trouble ticket or call 866-4-AKONIX. Be sure to have the product version and the operating system that is running the Akonix software available.

How can I get extra copies of product documentation?
All Akonix product documentation is available as PDF and customers can view or download through the Akonix Support Center.
Who do I call to ensure that my company's information is current in Akonix's database?
Please call 866-4-AKONIX or e-mail Akonix Customer Support to update your company's name, address, telephone number, fax number, e-mail address and contact name. If possible, let us know which version of Akonix products is installed. Accuracy will help to ensure that you get the latest news and software maintenance releases.
